Accessibility and Accommodations

The Outdoor Film Festival provides accommodation for those in our audience with disabilities. Descriptions of these accommodations are listed below. Wheelchair Access & Escort Service - is provided from the ASHA parking lot off Strathmore Lane

Handicapped seating - area will be provided as close to access as possible

Handicapped bathroom - unit will be provided and located adjacent to other bathroom units

Assisted Listening Devices - of various types are provided at the projection booth and are available on request. Bring a driver's license to leave with the projectionist while using the equipment.

Move Screen With Titles - an additional 15' movie screen using DVD & digital projection is provided for all movies for which a DVD with subtitles is available.

Audio Descriptors - for the blind are available with ten days notice by calling (301) 496-6061.
